Wild Heart: A Dance Movement Journey into the Wild
September 20th at the Weekend in the wild festival in Whitby at the coast and camp light site, stainsacre, Whitby.
Step into the rhythm of your untamed self in this one-hour movement workshop exploring the wild within and around us. Through guided free movement, somatic awareness, and elemental inspiration, Wild Heart invites you to reconnect with your instinctual body, awaken your senses, and dance from a place of raw aliveness. No experience needed — just bring your feet to the earth, your breath to the moment, and your heart to the dance. Let the land move you.

Through sacred circle, guided visualization and embodied movement we will seek to engage in the mystery and magic of the dream world.
I am a movement psychotherapist; I have studied dreams for around 25 years in jungian circles and personal jungian analysis. Embodiment, to me, is the foundation of bringing the unconscious firmly into consciousness. Movement is life. 🩵

"The whole existence is a dance that never begins and never ends, a song that goes on and on and on. The moment you start feeling it, there is nothing else to do but to be grateful, to bow down to the infinity of existence, to the mystery of existence and to the great gift that it has given to you. That you are, this is the gift, the most precious gift. That you are alive, that you can see the stars and the sun and the moon, that you can hear music, that you can touch people and feel the warmth, that you can love and be loved"
