TRIBE

shamanic inspired and earth based practices for modern lives

TRIBE is a thoughtful, grounded course exploring how ancient and shamanic-inspired practices can inform the way we live today.

The work shared here is drawn from decades of personal practice, long-term study, and lived integration — not from trends or quick trainings. While the course is informed by shamanic and astroshamanic frameworks, it does not seek to create shamans, nor does it claim any specific indigenous lineage.
Instead, TRIBE offers a space to explore ways of listening, relating, and making meaning — through practices that engage imagination, symbolism, the natural world, and the rhythms of earth and sky.

This is not a belief system, a certification, or a performance of spirituality. It is a grounded, experiential inquiry into how ancient ways of knowing can support creativity, wellbeing, and a more connected way of living in the modern world.

There will be 8 sessions running through the year and places for 8 people. The course will only run if there is sufficient interest and dates will be secured once there is enough of us to run. The course will be held at the Reading room, Goathland and will be a days session, 10.30 to 4pm, running approximately every 6 weeks.
The cost will be £50 per session with a discount for members of this group of £5. This includes course handouts, a separate WhatsApp group to connect and explore in between times and an individual session with me.
TRIBE is not a shamanic practitioner training, therapy, or certification. It is a personal and experiential course intended to support reflection, creativity, and wellbeing.

The course will include practices inspired by shamanism, embodied practice, earth based practices and Astro shamanism.

You will need to commit to the course of work not just individual sessions.

"The whole existence is a dance that never begins and never ends, a song that goes on and on and on. The moment you start feeling it, there is nothing else to do but to be grateful, to bow down to the infinity of existence, to the mystery of existence and to the great gift that it has given to you. That you are, this is the gift, the most precious gift. That you are alive, that you can see the stars and the sun and the moon, that you can hear music, that you can touch people and feel the warmth, that you can love and be loved"
- Osho
